Description: This class is designed for students with little or no formal dance training. This is also a good class for students who have previous training but have not danced in years. Class is low impact and body friendly.

Attire : Leggings, bike shorts, leotards, tights, fitted sweat pants and fitted t-shirts or tank tops recommended. Students may wear jazz shoes, ballet shoes, or any other soft toed shoe or bare foot.
